These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://stackntrack.ae/ (the "Website") and any services provided by Stack & Track ("STACKnTRACK", "we", "us", or "our"), a warehousing and fulfillment company based in Dubai, UAE.

By accessing or using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the Website by introducing viruses, Trojans, or any malicious code.
Unauthorized scraping, copying, or distribution of Website content is prohibited.

2. Services

STACKnTRACK provides warehousing, cold storage, fulfillment, pallet racking, cross-docking, and value-added services (labelling, kitting, returns, etc.) as described on the Website.

Service availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Client Obligations

Provide accurate goods descriptions, quantities, and special handling requirements.
Ensure goods comply with UAE laws, including customs, health, and safety regulations.
Insure high-value or perishable goods; STACKnTRACK is not liable for uninsured losses.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT will be added per UAE regulations.
Payment terms: 50% advance, balance on completion or per agreed invoice schedule.
Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

5. Storage and Handling

Goods stored at client’s risk. STACKnTRACK provides >99.5% pick accuracy and temperature compliance but is not liable for inherent defects, spoilage, or force majeure.
Cold storage maintains specified zones; client must declare required temperature ranges.
Abandoned goods (unclaimed >90 days) may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.

6. Liability and Insurance

STACKnTRACK liability is limited to the lower of AED 500 per shipment or actual proven loss, excluding consequential damages.
Clients must maintain cargo insurance. STACKnTRACK offers optional insurance at extra cost.

7. Claims

Damage/shortage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documents.
Claims older than 7 days will not be entertained.

8. Confidentiality and Data

Both parties agree to keep business information confidential.
STACKnTRACK uses Odoo WMS; client data is processed per UAE PDPL and GDPR standards.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
STACKnTRACK may suspend services for non-payment or breach.

10. Force Majeure

STACKnTRACK is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control (strikes, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of changes.
